Apparently they had 7 offers and the sold price of the house $40k over asking. I know from the neighbors she had excellent suggestions to the seller how to clean up the property to generate buyer interest therefore leading to a better price. And this isn’t an area where it’s a good school district, it’s pretty rural. I would trust Lewith and Freeman agents to sell my home if I ever decide to sell it. She was very pleasant and polite in our interactions. Punctual.

I have worked with a number of realtors over the years and Tracy is the best! She held our hand through the process, providing help and advice. She picked up and dropped things off, dealt with service people needing access to the house and handled a big chunk of the process for us as we were selling my mother’s house from 2000 miles away.
